At the Annual Vestry Meeting held in the Vestry Room of St Enoder March 25^th 1856

Resolved

That the Church Rate be allowed & that a Penny in the Pound be allowed to meet the expenses of the past year

That the disbursments of the Penny Rate be allowed

That the accounts of the Waywardens be allowed

That the Waywardens be Mr John Bassett (Trefullock) & Mr Jas? Clemow

That Mr R Varcoe, Mr Richards, Mr Courtis, Mr Mark Martyn, Mr Davis, Mr Yelland be overseers

That Mr Langdon be assessor

That Messers Parks & Langdon be Churchwardens

That Messers Bice & Johns be Guardians
