Vestry Minutes St Enoder 1845 (2)


At A Vestry held in the vestry-room of this parish on Thursday the 5th day of June 1845 (pursuant to public notice) the following recommendation was made to the Vicar & duly acceded to -


That in consequence of the immoral conduct of William Rickard?, he be dismissed from the situation? of Parish Clerk & that Edward Brokenshire be placed in his stead.


That the 40/- allowed Mary Parkin for cleaning the Church under the head “Sextons Salary” be given to Mary Tamblyn (or perhaps Parkyn)? for that purpose.


That Robert Parkyn be continued in Office minus the Salary previously given to his daughter Mary Parkin – now dismissed from that office
